To ensure dedicated instructor focus and seamless regional logistics, our mobile on-site corporate trainings are booked exclusively on Thursdays by appointment only. We offer three premium, high-efficiency compliance packages tailored specifically for your organization's regulatory needs.

Streamlined Corporate Compliance Options

Option 1: The "Concierge" On-Site Hands-On Skills Check (Hybrid Format)

• Best For: Fast-paced organizations, dental groups, and medical practices who prefer asynchronous online learning followed by an ultra-fast on-site physical check-off.
• How it works: Employees complete their cognitive coursework independently at their own pace via the AHA online portal. Our certified instructor then travels to your facility to verify their hands-on practical skills.
• On-Site Time: 30–45 minutes total per group session.

Option 2: Full On-Site Instructor-Led Class (Healthcare Providers Only)

• Best For: Clinical healthcare networks, private medical clinics, dental practices, emergency responders, and group home providers requiring standard professional credentials.
• Includes: Full AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification covering advanced multi-rescuer CPR, AED operation, high-performance team dynamics, and respiratory choking relief.
• On-Site Time: Approximately 3.5 to 4 hours. (Requires a minimum group headcount of 4 or more).

Option 3: The Total Workplace Compliance Bundle (General Industry & Childcare)

• Best For: Daycares, industrial manufacturing facilities, schools, gyms, corporate offices, and institutions needing to meet all mandatory state and federal safety regulations at once.
• Includes: Full AHA Heartsaver® First Aid + CPR + AED + OSHA-Compliant Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) certification.
• On-Site Time: Approximately 4.5 to 5 hours. (Requires a minimum group headcount of 4 or more).
• ⚠️ Compliance Note: Standard healthcare BLS courses exclude basic first aid and OSHA environmental safety. Option 3 is specifically engineered to meet all mandatory state childcare regulations and OSHA General Industry Clause guidelines in a single session.

🚚 Mobile Travel & Regional Logistics Fees

Complimentary on-site mobilization and equipment setup are included for all corporate groups of four or more within a 20-mile radius of our Albemarle hub. For extended regional locations across Central North Carolina, a flat logistics fee applies per site visit:

• Zone 1 (0–20 Miles from Albemarle): Complimentary (Covers Stanly County, Badin, Locust, Norwood, Oakboro, etc.)
• Zone 2 (21–35 Miles from Albemarle): Flat Travel Fee Applies per group visit (Covers Concord, Salisbury, Monroe, Kannapolis, Troy, etc.)
• Zone 3 (36–55 Miles from Albemarle): Flat Travel Fee Applies per group visit (Covers Charlotte, Asheboro, Rockingham, etc.)

💳 48-Business-Hour Processing & Corporate Payment Policies

1. Secure Calendar Allocation: All on-site corporate training dates require a formal contract sign-off and a 50% non-refundable booking deposit to officially reserve the instructor and specialized training equipment blocks on our master calendar.
2. Flexible B2B Payment Routing: We proudly support corporate procurement workflows. Your accounts payable department can choose to clear invoices securely via a corporate credit card or through direct ACH bank transfer. (Note: ACH direct deposits must be initiated at least 7 business days prior to your training date to ensure funds clear before instructor dispatch).
3. Digital Card Delivery Window: Because our administrative offices are closed on Fridays, official AHA digital eCards are processed and delivered directly to your employees' inboxes by the close of business on the Tuesday following your Thursday training block.
