EmpowerHER: Tesamorelin and GACLIV (Glutamine / Arginine / Carnitine / Leucine / Isoleucine / Valine)

Stalled Workouts? Midsection Shifts?

You are putting in maximum effort -- but your body has stopped responding. After a certain point biological resistance kicks in -- your hormones, your metabolism, and your body composition all shift in ways that training and diet alone cannot reverse.

For women this shift is not a plateau -- it is a physiological change driven by declining growth hormone, rising cortisol, and the hormonal transitions of perimenopause and menopause that redirect the body toward visceral fat storage and away from lean muscle preservation. Willpower cannot fix a stalled metabolism. Clinical intervention can.

EmpowerHER combines Tesamorelin -- an FDA-approved growth hormone releasing factor -- with GACLIV, a targeted blend of six amino acids (Glutamine, Arginine, Carnitine, Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine) clinically selected to protect lean muscle, fuel cellular energy, and support the metabolic environment where fat loss actually becomes possible.

Your safety is the first step in your protocol. Before EmpowerHER -- is prescribed your Bella nurse practitioner reviews your complete health history, current medications, metabolic baseline, and IGF-1 levels to confirm this protocol is the right fit for your clinical picture. Not every protocol is right for every person -- and Bella's evaluation process exists to make sure yours is.

How it supports your wellness

  • Melts Visceral Fat: Tesamorelin aggressively targets stubborn deep-belly fat.

  • Shields Lean Muscle: GACLIV amino acids protect your resting metabolic rate.

  • Fuels Workout Energy: Converts released fatty acids into usable cellular fuel.

  • Erases Training Fatigue: Flushes lactic acid so you can recover instantly.

Ideal for individuals who want…

  • An elite, clinician-guided protocol instead of trial-and-error supplements.

  • To smash through stubborn plateaus when normal routines stop working.

  • True body-composition changes and sustained daily energy.

Tesamorelin is a growth hormone releasing factor used off-label for body composition and metabolic support. FDA approval is specific to HIV-associated lipodystrophy -- use for body composition and metabolic optimization is off-label and managed under individualized clinical judgment. Tesamorelin is not appropriate for individuals with active malignancy, pituitary or hypothalamic disorders, history of pituitary surgery or radiation to the head, head trauma, or pregnancy. Tesamorelin can affect IGF-1 levels and glucose metabolism -- a complete health history, IGF-1 baseline, fasting glucose, and HbA1c are required before this protocol is prescribed. GACLIV amino acid components are generally well tolerated -- individual amino acid sensitivities or contraindications will be reviewed at your clinical evaluation.
