  • Aerobic Exercise: 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of vigorous activity per week.
  • Strength Training: Two or more sessions per week with 48 hours of recovery. Combining cardio with strength training is effective for long-term fat loss and muscle building.
  • Balance & Flexibility: Especially for older adults, include balance training and flexibility exercises. Aim for 30 minutes two- three times a week.
