How The Process Works

Step 1: Initial Consultation
Initial 1-on-1 60-Minute Consultation with provider to review lab results, symptoms and discuss how hormone replacement therapy could benefit you.
Step 2: Labs
Arrange for walk-in or appointment-based lab tests based on your location. Optional concierge service: Labs drawn at your home or office.
Step 3: Review Plan
Discuss your recommended performance and wellness protocol to come up with a plan that meets your lifestyle and budget. First month of hormone therapy (E.g. Injections, pills, creams, patches, troches, or nasal gel), 1 month of vitamin B-12 supplement, and supplies to self-administer.
Step 4: Discreet Shipping
Pharmacy will ship your medication and supplies directly to the address on file in 5-7 business days in discreet packaging.
Step 5: Follow-up Visits and Labs
Will need to occur every 2-3-months initially, allowing us to track your progress. Once you are at an optimal level "dialed in" follow up visits can occur every 6 months. These appointments can be conducted via telehealth. Medication dosages will be adjusted according to your individual progress. Medication refills will be authorized according to follow up visits and lab results.
